After moving to Canada in 2019 to pursue my Master’s programme and borrowing a high-interest student loan of $16,000. I was able to pay off my Student loan within one year of graduation and I paid back $21,000, which shows how high my interest rate was. I achieved this because I planned to pay it off as early as possible once I graduated, I also had to be on a strict budget and I had strong accountability partners to keep me on track. 2022 - Now

I’ve always been passionate about personal finance and finally started sharing it online in 2022. I have been able to share my personal finance journey like Paying off my High-Interest Student Loans, building a positive net worth and practicing value-based spending. This has helped me to prioritize my travels and things important to me while still on a journey to building wealth. My goal is to help people become financially literate so they can take control of their finances and achieve all of their financial goals.
